Pleasure Bay Properties is Paul Anastas and Rob Ryan. We're named after Pleasure Bay in South Boston, where we're both from. We own and operate around ten units across Manchester and Somersworth, New Hampshire, and we buy a handful of properties a year across New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.
